Batman: The Killing Joke, Created by: Alan Moore, Brian Bolland and John Higgins
Dedicated to Heath Andrew Ledger (April 4, 1979 – January 22, 2008), who gives new life to The Joker.

That's interesting. I did the original lettering in pencil behind the Joker's head -- Brian inked it afterward.
The weirdest thing was walking down Melrose Avenue one day and seeing a huge blow up of this panel --a painting and recreation -- on sale for $500. Freaky.
i should have bought it.
Rich!
